All of my hours watching HGTV and finally paid off! One of the things I hear over and over is to take all the family pictures down, because subconsciously people feel guilty about buying another person's house if it has family pictures. I hope that your house sells fast! I am looking least forward to keeping my home show worthy and having to take the two large dogs out of the house when people are looking. Surprisingly my 3 year-old has been great about helping me clean up her toys and keeping her room tidy. Watching a few episodes of "Sell This House" seems to have helped :) It is tiring.
