So you may remember that last week, as part of the June Dairy Month promotion, I went to Safeway and spent $40 on dairy products. As much as my family loves milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream, that wasn’t a hard undertaking at all!

Why $40, you ask? Because that’s how much I needed to get myself two free movie tickets, printed automatically from the Catalina coupon machine…
I went slightly over, so I’m on my way to getting another pair of movie tickets, and have the entire month to get there! Safeway Club members have until the end of June to accumulate the $40 amount in order to be eligible for the movie voucher… no rush!
On my computer at home, I went to the website provided on the Catalina voucher and entered the code to begin the process to get my movie tickets. Woohoo!
After choosing my store (Safeway), putting in my name, zip code, and email, I was given a list of local movie theaters to choose from. After clicking on and confirming my choice, I was able to print a certificate valid for two movie admissions. It all took maybe 2 minutes, if that. If you can’t print right away, you also get an email with a link to download and print your certificate. The tickets have a value of up to $26, and you have all summer to redeem them, so this is a really great deal!
While the website and movie vouchers promote Ice Age 4, you can actually see any movie you’d like! I’m saving ours until it comes out next month, since we’d likely be seeing it anyway. My girls have really gotten into 3D movies lately, and this one looks like it’ll be a lot of fun!
