Did you watch the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday? I haven’t gotten around to it, but heard it was a good show! One of the items given away there this weekend, at the celebrity gift suite, was this adorable plush elephant:
Isn’t he cute? His name is Norman PhartEphant, and he’s just a little bit gassy. When you squeeze his tail – you guessed it – he farts. But he’s a gentleman and says “Excuse me!” 
My daughters have fallen head over heels for Norman! He’s super soft, and at 10 inches in length, the perfect size to be hugged by little hands. I expected it to be annoying, but I found his farting to be quite cute actually. I love the fact that he’s so polite about it. My girls Some kids could learn from him…
Children will obviously love Norman, but he’d also make a great gift for your difficult to surprise spouse, co-worker, or friend.

I like Debby and Company, which used to be a Hallmark store but it has a ton of unique toys now.
Honestly, I am not aware of any Mom and Pop Toy Stores in my area. I really wish there was! Thanks.

We have a fun little toy store in old town Temecula, CA. I can’t remember the name of it! AUGH! Anyway, my kids love to visit there!

I love Let’s Play in Hillsboro Oregon.
I honestly don’t know of a boutique toy store in my area. I do remember as a child going to the mole hole somewhere in south carolina and getting a magic wand that became one of my very favorite childhood toys. I know the mole hole is actually a chain, but I do remember it as a really special and unique place!
My favorite is Learning Express in Roseville, CA. A very fun store!

My favorite store is Mrs. Nelsons in La Verne Ca.
Well, it’s not acceptable as a suggestion to Norman’s site but I loved FAO Schwarz in Las Vegas. What a store! Another favorite was a local store here when I was a kid called Thornberry’s. It’s long closed now but when I was little it was just Nirvana for us.

Am I disqualified if I don’t know any? I’m a new mom @ thirty five and I buy most toys online as I have dyspraxia and don’t drive and my husband works nights.
