Progresso High Fiber soup

In the winter, there’s nothing better than snuggling up on the couch, under a big blanket, with a bowl of hot soup in hand. I did that today, as a matter of fact.

I tried Progresso’s new Homestyle Minestrone soup for the first time. Part of Progresso new High Fiber line, I found it to be good. Nice and chunky, though a little more tomatoey than I’m used to. I’d love to try one of the other varieties. There are four in the High Fiber line. The aforementioned Homestyle Minestrone, Chicken Tuscany, Creamy Tomato Basil, and Hearty Vegetable – all with no added MSG, no artificial flavors and seven grams of fiber per serving. That’s 28% of your daily fiber requirement in one bowl of soup!

  9. Metamucil, unfortunately, is one way I sometimes get the extra fiber I need. Soup would be so much easier and definitely tastier!

  17. shamefully I don’t try to include fiber, for that matter I don’t watch my diet at all, not good I know, but I worry less then other people what I eat
