It hasn’t even been four weeks since Valentine’s Day, yet it feels like a lifetime ago. I don’t recall what my husband and I did that day, honestly. Nothing memorable. It was just like any other day. We don’t need to do something special on February 14th, as we try to keep the romance alive all year long!
How, you ask? By not taking each other for granted. Writing little notes or sending text messages to each other. Doing things together. Lately this has involved exercising, which has been a wonderful way to spend quality time together every day (and makes the actual working out part much more enjoyable!) Romanace? What’s that? Our anniversary is actually in February as well so we try to focus on it that day with an actual date out to dinner. But mostly we just like to snuggle together on the couch at night watching tv.

We have date night once a month.
Well not sure if I am lucky or not but right now romance is not an issue in my life-I am happily single. In the past I always enjoyed a quiet dinner at home and a glass of wine. It is good to keep some surprise or the unexpected in one’s love life as well.
We set asides nights for ourselves for dates and alone time.

We try to have a date night whenever possible, it’s hard sometimes with 3 children. But its very important we try to find time for eachother.
I don’t do valentines day. Its my brothers bithday.

By keeping up with date night, you have to have date night every here and there, doesn’t matter whether you go out for it, or stay in and make it a movie or game night, just as long as you still do something
